Hi Amanda!
My apologies. I don’t think I ever responded to your comment on my blog,

Many thanks for reading some of my posts and responding. Your friends (with diabetes) are lucky to have such a supportive friend in you. It’s imperative to their success, for a diabetic to have support.
Again, I’m so sorry for my delay in responding. I haven’t perfected the blog world, that’s for sure. 🙂

Hi Natalia,
If you “think you’re in the process of getting type 2 diabetes,” RUN, don’t walk to your primary care physician. He/she can run a test to determine whether or not you’re on that road and, either way, you’ll be on the path to successful healthy living. No need to beat yourself up over the fast food you’ve been consuming — that’s history. You’ll learn a better way, a healthier way to eat and to live your daily life. You’ll be surprised at how much better you’ll feel!
Thanks so much for stopping by “Diary of a Dedicated Diabetic.” I hope you’ll keep following my blog. Good luck.
–Kathy
